Conflict of interest policy

Authors, editors, and reviewers, both internal and external, associated with a manuscript at OnBoard Knowledge Journal, must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect the manuscript or its review and approval process. If authors declare a conflict, they must inform the manuscript reviewers, who in turn should recuse themselves from reviewing it if they have any conflicts of interest with the authors or the subject matter.

The journal ensures that it selects suitable reviewers who are chosen based on their academic knowledge and affinity for the topic. In the event of any dispute, OnBoard Knowledge Journal will make decisions through its Editorial Committee, adopting appropriate measures to detect and prevent the dissemination of works that may have involved inappropriate conduct during the research. The journal will not intentionally promote or tolerate such improper actions.

If the editors receive allegations of misconduct in research, the Editorial Committee will address them, retracting or correcting articles as necessary. Corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies will be published, as appropriate. Ultimately, to resolve disputes, we follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), where applicable.
