To submit a complaint or suggestion to OnBoard Knowledge Journal, it is necessary to draft an email directly to onbk-journal@revistasescuelanaval.com with the subject "COMPLAINT" or "GRIEVANCE". All communications will be resolved within a maximum of thirty (30) business days. In cases where the complaint is particularly complex, the complainant will be informed if more time is needed to conclude the investigation.
The complaint or grievance should be precise, specific, and provide sufficient data that demonstrate possible violations of the journal's editorial ethics. It is recommended to attach additional documentation as proof or evidence supporting the reported situation.
