Abstract

We are pleased to present issue seventeen of the Derrotero Magazine, from the Escuela Naval de Cadetes “Almirante Padilla”, in which authors and evaluators collaborate committed to promoting maritime, river and coastal awareness in our bioceanic and multi-river country.
