Abstract

We are pleased to present the seventeenth issue of the Derrotero Magazine, from the Escuela Naval de Cadetes "Almirante Padilla", in which authors and evaluators collaborate committed to promoting maritime, river and coastal awareness in our bioceanic and multi-river country.
The Derrotero magazine began its publication in 2008, and in its contents each issue reflects the points of view of the authors, whose purpose is to ensure that those who read us can reflect on the concepts and cases that we publish here.
