DERROTERO is owned by the Escuela Naval de Cadetes "Almirante Padilla" and receives funding from this nonprofit higher education institution.

This journal does not charge authors for the processing of their manuscripts (Article Processing Charge - APC), but it does expect active participation from them to contribute to the dissemination and promotion of their articles.
