Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a Mobile Application that, in an agile way and in real time, allows the acquisition of essential goods and services, directly from Small Street Vendors, promoting their safe and efficient obtaining, through responsible sales processes and bioinsurance in the three locations of the District of Cartagena de Indias Colombia. This work is the product of a descriptive investigation, with a qualitative approach; the population of the object of study will be the three localities of the District of Cartagena de Indias Colombia; the variables to be studied are households, street vendors and/or informal businesses. Primary and secondary sources of information will be used and the information gathering techniques and instruments to be implemented will be interviews, research sheets (web documents), and surveys. The operational actions to achieve the research objectives will be; Design Marketing strategies to reach the three locations in the District of Cartagena de India’s and generate interaction between the supplier and the client, through the design of commercial strategies and in accordance with the requirements of the target market.
